Terms of Payment

Payment can be made in the following ways:

Online payment – by Visa/Mastercard and via Privat24, Apple Pay, Google Pay
Cash on delivery (cash on delivery) (subject to a prepayment of at least UAH 100) – payment in cash upon receipt of the order at a Nova Poshta or UkrPoshta delivery point. When paying by cash on delivery, the cargo is insured for the amount of the order value.
Please note: An additional fee is charged for money transfer (cash on delivery) by courier services

To a PrivatBank card or to a current account – the card details are sent in the form of an SMS to the contact phone number when the order is ready for shipment. If you pay by card, the order is dispatched after the money is received. The transfer of funds to the card should be subject to the bank’s commission.
